The Collections Trust is seeking to appoint a full-time Development Director to support the sustainability and growth of the organisation by raising funds and leading the development of new relationships with external partners based on the objectives in our 2011-15 Strategic Plan, ‘Unlocking the Potential’.

Closing Date: 17.00, Wednesday 1st February 2012
Contract: Full-time, permanent contract
Salary: £34,000 to £40,000 per annum
Location: Natural History Museum, Central London

The Collections Trust is an independent UK-based charitable company working with museums, archives and libraries in the UK and Europe to find new ways of opening up their collections for the public. In addition to grant-aid support, we generate more than 31% of our turnover through primary-purpose trading activity such as retail and partnership.

We are looking for a Director with a strong track-record in delivering business growth, raising funds and driving the successful development of a charitable organisation or small/medium enterprise. This post is re-advertised with a revised Job Description.
