|I joined the Collections Trust in the summer of 2009 and absolutely love being part of an organisation that helps galleries, libraries, archives and museums offer such brilliant services to the public. I have extremely fond memories of childhood visits to places like the Museum of Science and Industry with my grandfather, and started taking my own son to the Horniman Museum pretty much as soon as he was born, so if I haven’t always worked in the sector, I have always been a fan!
My job is to ensure that the Trust’s online services meet the needs of the sector by being as accessible, engaging and informative as possible. That means I work with website users, colleagues and partnership organisations to develop and maintain online content.
Before joining CT I worked in book publishing, developing websites for a varied range of authors and imprints, and many years ago I was a part-time library assistant. Outside of my CT work I play and teach both classical and electric guitar.
