Across museums, libraries, archives, historic houses, galleries and other cultural organisations, a new generation of professionals are bringing new skills in management, fundraising, leadership and planning to their organisations.
Collections Trust's aim is to give a focus to this new movement within cultural heritage, capturing the new models and expertise it is generating ensuring that they are as widely available as possible.
