How Collections Trust forms and registers can help you

The Collections Trust supplies a full range of documentation forms, cards and registers that can help you meet the requirements of the Museum Accreditation Scheme.

All Collections Trust systems conform to SPECTRUM, the UK and international Collections Management standard.

The Collections Trust recognises that documentation is a long-term commitment, and provides on-going advice and training to support its systems.

Accession Registers

Used for a permanent record of accessions. They have 147 numbered double pages with pre-printed column headings. Printed on archival quality paper, they are strongly bound in dark brown board, with the front cover and spine lettered to your specification.   • White top copy is left in place of the object
  • Yellow middle copy is stored in a temporary locations file
  • Bottom copy (card) is tied to the object itself
