Jayne is Collections Manager for Colchester and Ipswich Museums Service. She is responsible for documentation, conservation and exhibitions. In her previous role as Heritage Information Manager for Suffolk County Council she managed cross-domain documentation and digitisation projects from within Suffolk Record Office. She was awarded her AMA in 2004.

Her experience with documentation began with tackling the backlog at the Museum of East Anglian Life. As a Museums Support Officer she moved on to sharing the benefit of her experience with other independent museums.

Jayne has also worked closely with museums to meet Accreditation and SPECTRUM standards as a freelance museum consultant specialising in documentation. She has been delivering documentation training for the Collections Trust since 2002.
