The Collections Trust publishes the SPECTRUM standard and is the lead body for Collections Management in the UK. This direct link with professional standards guarantees that our courses always reflect current best practice. You will receive authoritative training in Collections Management delivered by approved trainers who work with us to keep their knowledge and training skills up to date.

Collections Trust Direct
