Chelmer barge
Barge type specific to the rivers Chelmer and Blackwater and limited to

the 1950's.

Chesterfield Canal boat
Chesterfield Boats are very high in the hold and built with a pair of
large wooden breast pieces said to stop them putting their nose under the waves
on the River Trent on which they traded. Chesterfield boats often carried simple
sailing gear similar to that of Upper Trent Keels. Cabins were built under a
flush decked stern.
